We need to move quickly. It’s our advantage and results in a fast time to value in everything we do.
In practice this means....
👻 Actions > Words. If it’s 80% clear, we move.
👻 Done is better than perfect.
👻 If we don’t have instructions, we’re ready to figure it out.
👻 We don’t wait for meetings: we ping, call, ship, and unblock.
👻 We aim for “fast time to value,” not “perfect deck in three weeks.”
👻 We communicate often and transparently so nobody’s left guessing or waiting.
3️⃣ Awesome by default!
Mediocrity is an ick. Our ambition level must be sky high, otherwise there’s no point in doing it. Let’s have some fun and be proud of our work!

👻 We sweat the details when it matters.
👻 We don’t settle. If something feels “meh,” we rework it until it feels right.
👻 We bring good vibes. Excellence is never boring.
