We're looking for a Delivery Lead who's as obsessed as we are about two things:
1) making our customers wildly happy, and...
2) using AI to revolutionize everything we touch.
Someone who looks at a process and immediately thinks, "how can we make this 10x better for our customers?" and "how could AI transform this?"

What you'll actually do
👻 Own our service delivery function from start to finish: in other words, make sure the everyday delivery processes roll in the best possible way. This can mean everything from recruiting, onboarding and instructing freelancers, overseeing their work, and hacking our service process to make it smarter, faster, and scalable.
👻 Build strong relationships with our customers through regular check-ins, gathering feedback, and identifying ways to improve their experience with us.
👻 Become the bridge between our customers and content creators, ensuring everyone's needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
👻 Get your hands dirty with Claude, ChatGPT, and whatever shiny new AI tools emerge, and build automations with Zapier, Databutton, and other exciting tools you’ll find.

The Haamu deal
👻 Your monthly salary will be based on your experience, skills, and location. Our preliminary salary budget for this hire would land somewhere between €4 000 and €4 800 per month, but let’s discuss!
👻 Flexible work arrangements: We care about results, not desk time.
👻 Location: Well, we don’t even have an office yet, so you can basically work from wherever you want! Let’s decide together how we want to collaborate and whether having an office makes sense as the team grows.
👻 We use Slack for communication & Google Workspace for work. You get to choose your working equipment yourself.

Recruitment timeline & process
We're looking to bring someone on board by late summer 2025. Our recruitment process is straightforward:
