Not onboarding NEW HAAMUS right now
We are not onboarding new creators at the moment, but if this sounds like your kind of work, leave your details anyway! When we need more people, this is the list we go through first.
Leave your details βHaamu helps founders and executives build strong personal brands on LinkedIn. As a creator you work directly with CEOs, founders and senior leaders, and you own that relationship as a representative of haamu.
One recorded hour a month is what the client gives you. Everything around that hour is yours.
We provide the concept, the processes, the templates, the haamu platform and a steady stream of clients.
You run that side end to end, backed by our system.
1
Run the client kickoff and build their LinkedIn content strategy with them.
2
Analyze the client's performance data each month and plan the next interview from the strategy and what the data is telling you.
3
Host the interview and get the thinking out of them (60 min per month)
4
Turn the transcript into a set of posts in their voice (12 posts per month). This includes suggesting a visual for the posts. That can be a video clip from the interview, selfie, a photo the client took, a screenshot of something, a meme, a GIF, whatever fits the way that client shows up.
5
Send the set over for review, and run a comment round when the client wants changes.
6
Schedule everything once they have approved!
Everything you need comes with it: the haamu platform, prompts, templates, onboarding, and a team to ask when you get stuck.
Every creator gets into our private Slack community where they can discuss and communicate with both the clients, other creators and the core Haamu team.

Ten to twelve hours is the honest average, and it is often less once you and the client find your rhythm. We might not have three clients for you straight away, but we are looking for people who want to build up to that rather than take one and stop.
Writing well is the part everyone has. It is rarely the part that decides it.
π» You can hold your own with a chief executive. The interview only works if you are steady in the room with them.
π» You can ask again. When an answer is thin you say so, and you can hear mid-conversation what is worth following.
π» You understand content strategy.
π» You follow the channel. You know how the algorithm behaves and how it keeps changing.
π» You know enough internet culture to spot the moment a post calls for a meme β and you know exactly which one.
π» You write flawlessly in whatever language you are writing in.
π» You are comfortable with owning the whole thing, from kickoff to interview to publishing..
π« Interviewing a senior person makes you freeze. Some clients talk easily, others have to be dug out, and both need you steady.
π« You stick to the plan when the conversation could go somewhere better.
π« You do not use social media yourself. We need you to understand online culture, algorithms, and what actually performs.
π« You only want one client. We understand starting small, but this works the best when a creator carries several.
π« You want someone else to keep the schedule. Booking the next session, keeping the queue full and making sure the client never runs out of posts is your job.
π« You prefer rigid instructions over autonomy and own thinking.
π« You struggle with deadlines or context switching.

Before you fill in anything, read our customer pledge! It describes how we work and what being a haamu means.
The haamu customer pledge βWe keep every submission and go back to it when a client needs a new creator. You will not hear from us straight away, and that is not a no.
