We’re looking for freelance content partners to join our client projects 👻
Haamu helps founders and executives build strong personal brands on LinkedIn. As a Creator, you’ll work directly with CEOs, founders, and senior leaders.
We provide a clear concept, battle-tested processes, templates, AI tools, and a steady stream of new clients. You run the content production end-to-end, backed by our system.
What’s the role about?
Each Haamu Creator leads their own client relationships as a representative of Haamu.
You’ll collaborate closely with your clients, guide the monthly workflow, plan the interviews, shape their thinking into content, and keep communication smooth on Slack.
Time allocation: We ask Creators to have availability for a minimum of three recurring clients.
Each client typically requires 10–12 hours per month.
Here’s what you’ll do:
👻 Run the client kickoff session
👻 Build a LinkedIn content strategy (with our templates & AI tools)
👻 Host a monthly interview
👻 Turn the interview transcript into a set of LinkedIn posts (typically something between 8-16 per month)
👻 Publish the content on the client’s behalf
All tools and workflows are provided, including Claude Pro, prompts, templates, onboarding, and a friendly Haamu team to support you.
Creators with multiple clients also gain access to our private Slack community.
What’s the pay?
€ 800 / client / month

👻 You write flawlessly in English or Finnish (or both)
👻 You’re comfortable owning the full process from kickoff → interview → publishing
👻 You’re curious about different industries and can ask thoughtful, on-topic questions
👻 You’re comfortable using AI tools and learning new workflows
👻 Bonus points if you have experience in journalism, PR, content marketing, consulting, or interviewing
Who is this NOT for?
🚫 You don’t use social media yourself — we need you to understand online culture, algorithms, and what content performs well
🚫 You’re not comfortable managing clients independently
🚫 You prefer rigid instructions over autonomy
🚫 You struggle with deadlines or context switching
