HOW IT WORKS ● THE HAAMU PROCESS
Every client gets to work with their own dedicated haamu: a human(!) content strategist & ghostwriter who learns your business, your voice, and what you're trying to build.
Your time commitment: A 1.5-hour kickoff to get started, then roughly 2 hours per month to keep it running (1h interview + ~1h to review). That's it! Everything else is on us.
Eight steps from "let's do this" to a fully-loaded LinkedIn presence that actually sounds like you.
One time ● 1.5 hours
Before any content is created, you sit down with your dedicated haamu (human content strategist & ghostwriter) for a 1.5-hour kick-off call. This is where we build your personal LinkedIn strategy, so everything that follows is grounded in who you are, what you're building, and where you want to go.
A few days before each interview
A couple of days before your monthly recording, your haamu sends you a brief: suggested topics, angles, and a handful of questions to guide the conversation. Between interviews, your haamu keeps an eye on your performance: what's getting traction, what comments are coming in, what questions your audience is asking. That, combined with your content strategy, shapes everything in the brief.
Monthly ● 1 hour
Once a month, you hop on a video call with your haamu. It's a relaxed, informal conversation. Your haamu asks the questions, you answer. You share stories, opinions, expertise. You don't need to be polished or super prepared; real talk makes better content than rehearsed statements.
After the interview
Your haamu turns the interview into a full month of LinkedIn content. Because LinkedIn is all we do, we stay close to what formats are working, how the algorithm behaves, and what's getting traction. That goes into every post alongside your strategy and voice. The goal is always to send you something you can approve with minimal back-and-forth.
Monthly ● ~1 hour
All 12 posts land in your workspace at Haamu Platform. You browse through them, leave comments on anything you want tweaked, and approve what's good. The content is yours: if something doesn't sound right, it'll be fixed. You can also make small edits directly yourself if you prefer. Over time this gets faster as your haamu learns your style.
Handled by your haamu
Once you've approved the posts, everything is scheduled to publish throughout the month, 3 posts per week at optimal times. You don't have to think about it. Your LinkedIn stays active even when you're heads-down on other things.
Ongoing ● optional but powerful
How you engage is entirely up to you. We do recommend setting aside some time each week to reply to the comments and questions you get. Content builds visibility, but engagement is what turns that into real relationships, thought leadership and sales conversations. Clients who put in even a small amount of time here tend to see noticeably better results.
Monthly
Before your next interview, your haamu reviews what worked. Which posts got the most reach? What topics sparked conversations? What formats connected with your audience? These findings feed directly into your next brief, so each month builds on the last. This is how results compound over time.
Month 1
Kick-off, first interview, first posts. Your haamu is still learning how you think and which topics feel natural. Some posts will nail it, some won't, and that's completely by design. This is how the foundation gets built.
Months 2–3
The first data starts coming in: which topics get a reaction, what kind of responses to expect. Treat these as early signals, not conclusions. This phase is still very much about building.
Months 3–9
You're starting to see which topics and formats connect with your audience. The content is consistently yours now. What was effort a few months ago is starting to feel like a rhythm, and the right people are starting to notice.
Month 9+
People in your space know who you are and what you stand for. You show up in conversations you're not in. Relationships that once required a lot of groundwork start from a different place.
